Vi har tagit del av f\u00f6rslagen, vilka \u00e4r s\u00e5 pass kraftiga f\u00f6rs\u00e4mringar i Lagen om st\u00f6d och service till vissa funktionshindrade, LSS, att vi kommer att f\u00e5 se gamla tiders stora institutioner byggas i Sverige.
